Emiel Verschueren
Senior Research Analyst
"Most days I'm deep in market data. The team trusts me to find patterns that matter."
Liesbeth Braeckman
Market Data Lead
"I built our tracking systems from scratch. Now they actually work the way we need them to."How We Actually Work
Our Brugge office is small—about 15 people right now. Everyone knows what everyone else is working on. We have morning standup meetings that last 10 minutes, not 45. When market volatility hits, we adjust schedules. When things are quiet, people leave at reasonable hours.
The work itself demands focus. You'll spend significant time analyzing data, reading financial reports, and tracking market movements. We don't micromanage, but we do expect you to stay on top of your research areas and speak up when you spot something important.
Research Quality Over Speed
We'd rather wait an extra day for accurate analysis than rush something incomplete. Deadlines matter, but getting it right matters more.
Clear Communication
If you find something in your research, say it plainly. No need to dress it up—just tell us what you found and why it matters.
Learning On The Job
Markets change. Methods evolve. We encourage people to take time for professional development and share what they learn with the team.
Flexible But Focused
Work from home when you need to. Adjust your hours around market events. Just keep your research projects moving forward.
